Point Chevalier Mid-Century New-Build x Viva Magazine

What starts as a concept doesn't always make the pages of Viva Magazine - but this one did.

We are thrilled to share that our Point Chevalier mid-century new-build for artist and Mid-Century Swag owner Jodi Newnham has been featured in Viva Magazine's coveted At Home series. It is a project close to our hearts, and seeing it celebrated in one of New Zealand's leading design publications is a proud moment for the whole team.

Designed by Macfie Architecture, the home was conceived as a living canvas - a backdrop for Jodi's bold art collection and iconic mid-century furniture pieces rather than competing with them. Soft curves, polished concrete and bagged brick work together to create a space that feels both considered and warm.

If you have been following along, you might remember when we first shared the concept renders for this project - you can take a look back at where it all began here. It is a wonderful thing to see that vision fully realised.
