Macfie Architecture is an Auckland practice established in 2006, specialising in heritage villa and bungalow renovations and contemporary new builds. We are double ADNZ Resene Design Award winners, 2025.
Led by Michael and Rebecca Macfie, we work on projects of every scale: a bathroom, a villa extension, a carefully designed new build. Each one receives the same care and attention.
Our work spans Auckland's character homes, the villas and bungalows that define the city's most loved neighbourhoods, through to considered contemporary new builds. We offer a comprehensive design service from the first sketch through to consents and construction documentation, tailored to every project and budget.
