Meet Brian!

For more than six years, Brian has been an integral part of the Macfie Architecture team. He joined us as an architectural graduate from Unitec, where he completed both his undergraduate and master’s degrees, bringing a strong foundation in architectural design and understanding of construction that has only grown richer with experience.

As our resident technology lead, Brian is constantly exploring and introducing innovative tools and technologies that help the whole team work smarter and more creatively. Whether it’s streamlining project delivery, enhancing visualisation, or integrating the latest design techniques, he ensures our work stays at the cutting edge.

His signature clean, contemporary aesthetic is perfectly suited to our approach of blending heritage character with modern design. From sensitive villa renovations to bespoke new builds, Brian’s designs balance functionality, elegance, and thoughtful attention to detail.
