MACFIE ARCHITECTURE | Double Winners at the ADNZ Resene Design Awards 2025

Macfie Architecture is thrilled to announce a double win at the ADNZ Resene Design Awards 2025 for the Auckland region.

Northcote Point House was awarded Highly Commended in the New Homes up to 150m2 category, recognised for its considered compact design and striking harbour outlook. Devonport Villa received a Commended award in the Home Interiors category, celebrating the careful restoration and reimagining of Rebecca and Michael Macfie's own 1904 heritage villa.

Back-to-back recognition at the ADNZ Resene Awards is a testament to the breadth of Macfie Architecture's work, from compact new builds to heritage villa restoration, and the consistent quality the practice brings to every project.
