ArchiPro feat. MACFIE ARCHITECTURE

Meet the husband and wife led team, redefining Auckland’s architectural heritage.

Situated in a historic loft space in the heart of Devonport, the family led practice has been creating new-build, renovation and addition designs across Auckland and greater New Zealand, for over 15 years.

Having been recognised by their industry peers for their villa renovation work (Resene ADNZ Design Award 2019), Macfie Architecture has become known for considered heritage zoned bungalow and villa design.

The practices continued passion for the reimagining of historical spaces saw them charged with the transformation of the heritage listed national bank building in Point Chevalier into the critically acclaimed Daily Bread (featured in Metro’s Top 50 2019).

Rebecca, classically trained at Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland operates the growing interior design arm of the business - while Michael, who comes from a long line of property developers, has been developing architectural projects since 2004.
